Do I need insurance to get a test or service?
No, everyone can get access to testing through the affordable cash price listed next to the test.
What if I don't see my local hometown pharmacy to book a test or service?
Ask the pharmacy to reach out to MakoRx to get enrolled!
What happens after I book an appointment at the pharmacy?
- Check your email for appointment time/day/pharmacy location confirmatio
- Go to the pharmacy for your appointment and check-in using the QR code in your email
- Pharmacy staff will provide instructions to complete your rapid test and/or telehealth medical visit depending on your appointment type.
- If you completed a rapid test, results are ready in 10 to 30 minutes
- Complete your telehealth medical visit on the pharmacy tablet device
- You are notified via email and/or text when your care plan is ready.
- Log into your telehealth account and send any prescriptions (if medically necessary) to the pharmacy to fill.
- Pick up your prescription from the pharmacy (not included in the appointment price)
- Start feeling better faster
